Dorsia far exceeded my expectations on all accounts! This is a new, trendy spot on Brady St in Milwaukee. Walking in, the aesthetic is more modern and elevated but young feeling with the colored lights and techno music playing. I highly recommend making a reservation through Yelp ahead of dining here. I had no issues but my friends said it normally is booked a month out for prime days of the week! We started with a round of drinks and the calamari to start. I got the Toxic Masculinity which was a house, strawberry infused bourbon with ginger ale.. YUM! My fiancé got the Spritz Me Down which was on the sweeter side than bitter like a normal aperol spritz. My cousin and her boyfriend shared a bottle of red which they both enjoyed. The calamari was a good size to share and I loves that it came with both marinara and a pesto cream sauce to dip in. For entrees, they got the Pomodoro pasta (can choose to get the flight sized individual portion or the full dinner sized portions) and the supremo pizza. Both looked delicious and left them with many leftovers!! We decides to stick to what they are known for, the pasta flight! My fiancé and I shared the flight of Duck Carbonara, Saint Brady Speziata (their spicy vodka opt), and Pesto adding a meatball as well. All three were delicious! We were surprised to see the duck shredded for the Carbonara which made it also come across more salty than needed. I loved the Pesto with fresh burrata chunks on it and the vodka definitely had a kick to it for me! What our table found interesting was the meats must be cooked in a sauce because our meatball, although in the vodka sauce, still had marinara on it; and my cousin's chicken in the Pomodoro had Alfredo sauce on it. Either way, we left full and happy! The last piece of our experience was our server Jaden. He made our entire night with his bubbly and fun personality. He took care of us by checking in, making great recommendations, and making sure we had everything we needed at all points of dining. It was a pleasure to have great food but also a great server experience. I would come back and request to sit in his section.

Dorsia had been recommended by a friend specifically for their pasta flight and by golly that's what we went in for. We were both really craving pasta so we went on a Friday evening. The street it's location on in downtown Milwaukee is busy - busy! Lots of people walking, seems like drinking, and super lively. Dorsia has a swanky vibe, especially with all of the photos of eyes everywhere. It's dark (we went at night) and they have small candles at the table that add to the ambiance. The staff seems young and hip but they provided good service. We went with a pasta flight with four types of pasta, lobster Mac, duck carbonara, chicken Alfredo, and St. Brady's Speziatta with a meatball. The flavors were delicious for each one. My favorite for sure was the Lobster Mac but next in line up there was the duck carbonara... the St. Brady was also really tasty and who can ever complain about an Alfredo. All of them were ultra creamy and tasty. We had to take leftovers home. Come hungry if you're doing the flight. Indeed it's pretty big portions.

I really enjoyed Dorsia! The food was delicious. We started with eggplant, which could've been slightly crispier, but still good. All of the pasta was awesome. My favorite was the Saint Brady Speziata. Highly recommend adding a meatball with it! Our service was fine, nothing extraordinary. The ambiance was nice, I love Brady Street and it was a fun, busy spot even on a Monday night!

We are lovers of pasta and this meal was among the best we've had. The meatball was scrumptious, but everything was great!

First of all, service was outstanding! Drinks were all super tasty and came out quickly. We got the calamari (good breading but a little chewy) and a pasta board! Our favorites were the pomodoro with chicken and duck. The lobster Mac was way over salted. Our server offered getting us a different pasta or refunding, but we just wanted to let them know. It was nice of her to offer. It was my friend's birthday, so she got a dessert on the house. Pretty intimate and dark, makes for a great date night location. Their tiramisu was to die for! We'll be back!

All in all, Dorsia's food is very good. It is a bit expensive for what you get though. I have been there many times, and a few times have had relatively big issues with the pastas being undercooked or flavor issues, but they are always quick to make it right. The flights are what make the restaurant truly unique, but that does come at a cost. I usually do two pastas and have enough for leftovers the next day. The burrata appetizer and brussels sprouts are also very good. Definitely a good place to go and great for out of town guests to show off the uniqueness of the flights.

Cool spot on the Brady Street! One of many we visited! Good pizza! Good drinks! Crust held it all together... tons of pepperoni to devour and not too spicy! The garlic cheese sticks was delicious! Garlic, cheese and marinara just right portions! Spanish punch did just that... packed a flavoring punch! Taylor was plenty on top of introducing the menu and their signature which are pasta flights! Tempted to try but our tastebuds were at on pizza! We weren't disappointed!
